According to Xinhua News Agency (Beijing) on Mar. 10, the first session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference held the third plenary session at the People’s Great Hall at 3 p.m. on March 10 to elect the Chairman, Vice Chairmen, General Secretary and Standing Members of the 14th CPPCC National Committee. Tan Tieniu, Secretary of the CPC NJU Committee, and Professor Wu Weishan of NJU were elected as standing members.
