On March 30 and 31, National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)’s interdisciplinary science strategic seminar on the material scientific basis for atomic manufacturing was held in Wuhan. It was co-hosted by NJU, The National Center for Nanoscience and Technology (NCNST) and Wuhan University (WHU).
The seminar featured 18 experts from universities and research institutes, who delivered special reports on the latest advancements in atomic manufacturing. These reports covered a wide range of disciplines including physics, chemistry, materials, and measurement and control. Throughout the seminar, experts actively participated in lively discussions concerning scientific issues, challenges and development trends in the field.
More than 70 scholars from over 30 universities and research institutes and the Department of Interdisciplinary Science of NSFC participated in the seminar.
