On November 25, NJU held its 63rd Track and Field Games ("China Post Cup") in the Second Stadium, Xianlin campus.

Students and faculty stood in queues, watching the National Flag rise and singing the National Anthem together.
The track and field games were announced open by Zhang Junfeng. He expressed his hope that athletes will enhance the Olympic spirit of “Faster, Higher, Stronger – Together”, promote sportsmanship with Chinese characteristics and show the youth power of NJU students.
Wang Zhen, an undergraduate from the School of Government, and Zhao Lan, a teacher from the Department of Physical Education, vowed on behalf of athletes and umpires respectively.
During the opening ceremony, various teams showcased their unique characteristics with disciplined performances, exuding vigor and energy. The team from the School of Marxism raised red umbrellas adorned with patterns of the Party Flag and National Flag, symbolizing their unwavering loyalty to the CPC and deep devotion to the motherland. Dressed in vibrant red and white attire, the team from Zhi Xing College paid homage to their predecessors through a graceful dance. The team from the School of Foreign Studies displayed plates with the words "I love SFS" written in eight different languages, displaying their multicultural spirit. The team from the School of Astronomy & Space Science portrayed the research and development process of CHASE (Xihe) through a delightful sitcom, showcasing their dedication as astronomers. Dressed in elegant Han-style clothing, the team from the School of Liberal Arts performed a captivating Chinese opera, promoting the beauty of traditional culture. The team from the School of Environment showcased their vision of building a beautiful China by skillfully weaving a red star with silk. Lastly, the team from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences mesmerized the audience with an impressive dance performance. The resounding applause filled the air, creating a lively and exhilarating atmosphere.
The students enthralled the audience with their group calisthenics performances. The mesmerizing Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan show demonstrated the grace and allure of traditional martial arts culture. Four hundred bike riders held flags proudly displaying the words "120 Years NJU", commemorating the momentous 120th Anniversary of NJU. The cheerleading team mesmerized the crowd with their energetic dance routines accompanied by the rhythmic beats of drums. In the radio gymnastics competition, the students executed precise and powerful movements, exemplifying the indomitable spirit of NJU students.
A total of 1,194 student sportsmen from 38 schools enthusiastically participated in the Games. Spanning over two action-packed days, the event featured a diverse range of 30 track and field competitions, including sprints, middle-distance races, hurdles, relays, high jumps, long jumps, shot puts, women's triathlons, men's pentathlons, and even some lighthearted entertainment games such as the sack race. With determination and passion, the students displayed their athletic prowess, embodying the vibrant youth power of NJU.
