This team creates a GaitTracker system built on databases of people’s gaits to help the elderly people. By using inertial sensors and creating AI simulators of lower limbs, they hope to help the old people develop healthier walking routines and prevent potential physical damage issues with a risk estimation system.

Bronze-Medal Team: Yang Zijiang, Sun Zhenxing, Wang Yaguang, Liu Jizhou, Yang Hui, Xie Mengping, Yin Zhiqian, Fan Yaqiang, Li Zichuo, Dai Pan

Supervisors: Xiao Rulei, Chen Xiangfei

This team works on REG chips which will help the 5G network installation in China. If their innovation can be industrialized, it will help promote the large-scale and low-cost rollout of 5G in the later stage, and will significantly reduce the operation and maintenance cost of the 5G network in China.

Bronze-Medal Team: Zhang Yikai, Qin Rongjun, Jiang Junpeng, Li Ruixiang, Shao Minghao, Zhu Ying, Xu Ping

Supervisors: Zhan Dechuan, Yu Yang, Zhang Jianbing

This team aims to create a set of intelligent decision-making algorithms that can be generalized in several different scenarios and can restore virtual business scenarios more efficiently than classical statistical methods, so as to provide clients with suggestions when they are making business decisions in a more efficient way.

Bronze-Medal Team: Tao Chenyu, Guo Hongyuan, Ni Lingyu, Wang Zhen, Bai He, Qu Yu Ke, Su Yuanyuan, Guo Xu, Hu Xiao, Yan Xinwen, Zhang Ru Nancy, Zhao Yanran, Liu Qiang, Chen Jiashang, Sun Hao Yu

Supervisor: Chen Xi

This team focuses on the treatment of lung cancer, endeavoring to innovate new medicine for this disease. It proposes a self-assembly system that helps the patients’ liver synthesize therapeutic siRNA and self-assembles into exosomes for targeted delivery to diseased organs. It achieves low toxicity and high targeting while ensuring high specificity, high efficiency, and long-lasting therapeutic efficacy.

In order to enhance the possibility of implementing their innovations in practice, the teams had walked into companies, communities and medical institutions. They had repeatedly researched, tested, improved and polished their project. Studying in different majors, all team members have spared no efforts and showed their professional skills and expertise.
